About us

 Club Barre was born from the dream of a dancer and Pilates expert, who wanted to bring to Valencia a discipline that combined her two passions: fitness and dance. Barre brings the best of both worlds: absolute body control and intense training. All accompanied by the best upbeat music. 

Clara Verduch

Founder and teacher of Barre, TRX and Ballet Fit

She has practiced ballet since she was very young, and started Pilates, Yoga and strength training when she began her adult life. She discovered Barre during her years living in Switzerland and began training in 2013. Since then, her dream has been to promote the Barre movement in her hometown, Valencia. Under the motto that "a good teacher never stops learning", she has also trained in Pilates Mat, Reformer and TRX; both in Switzerland and in Spain.

Belen

Intro Barre and Ballet Fit Teacher

Being a classical dance teacher for 10 years, she now combines both professions with the objective of bringing ballet to anyone looking for a comprehensive training that is respectful with their body. She was part of the Professional Conservatory of Valencia for 10 years and since then has continued to train in Madrid, Lisbon and Barcelona; specializing in Ballet Barre, Pilates and Yoga. 

Paula

Pilates and Barre (suited for pregnancy) teacher

Always passionate about sports, she began to dedicate herself to the Pilates method more than 12 years ago. She specialized in Pilates Mat and Reformer, focusing on special populations, pre and postpartum to give them control tools over their own body. Barre has been a way for her to apply all this to the rhythm of the music and in a much more dynamic, personal and fun way.

Ivan

HIIT and TRX teacher

Federated swimmer, TAFAD and trained in HIIT, Crosstraining and functional training. Passionate about all kinds of sports; from trail running or kick boxing to snowboarding, it is the perfect fit to our center. Ivan is a a motivating teacher in our TRX and HIIT sessions. He got to know Barre through Clara and, occasionally, likes to attend her classes to feel it for herself.

Claudia

Barre and Ballet Fit Teacher

Covid confinement forced her to interrupt her professional career as a ballet dancer, and she discovered Barre as a way of moving her body in tune with dance. She decided to train in Barre after a lifetime of classical, contemporary and neoclassical dancing, as well as practicing Pilates and Gyrotonic.  Why Barre? Because it tones and sculpts the body effectively, without it being a harmful activity.
